Apple Jack Cosplay


This cosplay might be another one of my favorites. It's going to be comfortable, and better yet, Colie and Manda will be cosplaying from this show as well!

While I will be cosplaying a human version of the pony Applejack, Colie will represent the unicorn Rarity (who is often ad odds with Applejack even though they're friends...Rarity likes staying clean and elegant, Applejack has no qualms getting her hooves dirty) and Manda will be portraying the pegasus Rainbow Dash (Also BFF's with Rarity and Applejack, but often competes with Applejack on which one of them is the sportiest).



This is a casual and fun cosplay that I am looking forward to!

Apple Jack's outfit is made up from clothing I had, and a few items I found in stores. The boots were a Walmart find, the cowboy hat came from Spirit of Halloween, and the tank top was a Goodwill find. The plaid shirt and jeans were something I already had.

The easiest Cosplay to put together! I plan on using this again for Denver Comic Con this summer

 The wig had to be cut and styled. Wigs are hard.

 The hat didn't quite fit over the wig, so I had to remove the braided belt part that went around the top, and I added the extra apple patch I had to the middle to give it a little length. I hot-glued the front and back of the braided belt back on, and it now fits over the wig!

Yoruichi Cosplay

I watched Bleach for the first time back in high school, and have been a fan for quite some time. I tend to enjoy animes that have a lot of fighting in them, so of course Bleach fits the bill. Better yet, there are a lot of strong, interesting female characters to choose from which really makes me happy. Morgiana- Magi Cosplay!

It was after Halloween and time to start working on the harder cosplays. While my internal debate over who the heck I will dress up as for FFX was still raging on, I knew at least who I will be for our Magi cosplay and this makes things easier. Step one: Research! (This was done before Halloween) I had to watch the anime Magi to first figure out who I would like to cosplay from the show.  It didn't take long at all for me to fall in love with the character Morgiana, who was quiet but feisty, and a loyal friend to her comrades in the show. Fem Goku Cosplay

Dragon ball Z has always been my favorite growing up, and I used to anxiously await every episode. I believe I started watching it as early as middle school, and in high school one of my best friends who was also into the show would call me after each show and we'd talk about it for hours. I was Goku, she was Vegeta.  The fact that I have a chance to cosplay my favorite anime character at my second Anime Boston Convention is a huge thrill, and even though no one else in my group will be cosplaying any Dragon Ball characters, I am hoping to find someone at con that I can get some pictures with. I heard there might be a Piccolo on the same day as me, and I really want to meet her! Goku was a cosplay I planned on making from scratch from the start.
